An exceptional showcase by renowned visual artist and cultural historian Huda Lutfi, where she manages to bridge the gap between the intellectual and the aesthetic in a brilliant manner. Lutfi is a former associate professor of history in AUC’s Department of Arabic Studies. When Dreams Call for Silence marks her first exhibition at AUC in more than 20 years.
